SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Glomery is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon their arrival in your country.

Delivery time varies by location. Here are our estimates:

SHIPMENT TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING INDICATES "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME"

For some carriers, it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still do not have information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
