Returning an item:
You have 30 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return request. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. You will receive the return address after contacting our support team - please do not send the item directly to the manufacturer. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

Important note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an order over $75.00, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance as we are not responsible for lost or misrouted packages.
Cancellation of the order:
Once your order is placed, our team will immediately begin the processing and shipping process. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order is completed.
We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
No refund if:
- The order is not delivered due to factors within your control (e.g. incorrect delivery address).
